E-MAIL LIST - The Handicap Chair (HC) maintains the
club email list, making additions, deletions and
corrections as they are brought to him.
HANDICAP INDEXES - The HC gets
updated handicap indexes from GHIN before each tournament
assuring that current values are used each week.
TOURNAMENT RESULTS - The HC calculates the results
of the rounds for each tournament and posts the results
via email after each round.
PRIZES - The HC provides information on money owed
to tournament winners to the Prize Coordinator at the end
of each month so prizes can be given to the winners.
STATISTICS - The HC provides
playing statistics at the end of each year leading up to
the annual luncheon.
MEMBERSHIPS - The HC updates NCGA with membership
changes and serves as the primary contact person between
NCGA and RIGG.
ROSTER - The HC maintains the members' addresses
and phone information, and publishes an annual roster.
