1.     All tournaments for the current year are available on the RIGG website: http://www.rigggolf.org. You can check on upcoming tournaments through Dec. 31.

2.     A Master Signup Sheet is available for each tournament by going to the “Members-Only” section. These are typically updated a month at a time. A login name and password are needed to proceed to the signup section. These were sent out by the webmaster several times. You can get a fresh copy by sending a request to webmaster@rigggolf.org.

3.     Click on the tournament you wish to sign up for. Place an X before your name no later than the Wednesday evening prior to the Tournament. Feel free to sign up for multiple tournaments, and to sign up for your group members - with their permission. Add guests and unique requests in the box below the signup sheet. Be sure to identify yourself when you make requests.

4.     The Scheduler converts the signup sheet into a schedule for the tournament.  We attempt to pair players on the same line of the sheet together, but when only one or two plan to play they will be paired with other groups in order to produce as many foursomes as possible.

5.     The tournament schedule usually is e-mailed to the membership on Thursday or Friday of the preceding week. If you are scheduled but find you cannot play, please give the scheduler the earliest possible notice.  Schedule additions will be accommodated as is feasible, but possibly not with your usual group. The final schedule is produced on Monday and is provided to the golf course.
