NEWS President's
Welcome
On behalf of myself and my fellow officers, welcome to the 2024 version of Foon Hay. I've enjoyed playing alongside this group of competitors, and look forward to the schedule of tournaments and courses we'll be playing in the coming year. If you're a senior and enjoy golf even half as much as we do, consider coming out and giving us a try. Fran Gin
President Club Annual Luncheon Back on December 3 Foon Hay held our annual luncheon where we honored the 2023 Club Champions, past and incoming Board members, and had a great meal. Add musical entertainment by the mighty Foon Hay Ukelele Orchestra and the ever-popular prize drawing and you'll see we had a great time. The attendees were welcomed by our state assemblyperson, Evan Low who delivered a lovely proclamation on the occasion of our 20th anniversary as a club. A number of awards, some virtual and some with trophies, were given out at the dinner. Check out the Special Awards. Our event photographer, Willy
Yichoy, took almost 200 photos during our
event. Many of them are in a Google
photo album which you can access by
clicking on the link.
